The public presentation on Friday night is The Biodiversity of Bees and their Floral Relations in the East Kootenay. The two-day workshop will look at biodiversity, floral ecology, habitat restoration, landscape design and conservation strategies we can implement to help our local bees thrive.

Invermere welcomes Wings Over the Rockies participants

The arrival of spring signals the return of so many birds to the Upper Columbia Valley. The air is alive with their calls. Wild Nature Tours welcomes all participants to the Wings Over the Rockies Festival from May 8-14. If you miss out on any of your favourite Wings birding events, keep in mind our first Wild Nature Tour, Flycatchers to Nutcrackers on June 3.
